Data controller: the management of Prevent Innov' SAS.

We only collect data that you voluntarily provide through our contact form: name, company, phone number (optional), email, and the content of your message.

With your consent, we use Google Analytics 4 to measure site audience in an anonymized way (page views, referral source, device type). No data is collected for advertising purposes and no profiling is performed. This measurement only triggers after you agree via the cookie banner — you can decline it or revoke it at any time.

Data collected through the form is used exclusively to respond to your contact request, offer you a demo of our solutions or organize a pilot on your jobsite.

No resale or transmission to third parties for commercial purposes. No automatic newsletter signup.

Processing is based on your explicit consent (voluntary form submission) as well as our legitimate interest in responding to business inquiries received, in accordance with Article 6.1 of the GDPR.

Visitors located in California may also rely on equivalent rights under the CCPA — see Section 6 below.

Data from the contact form is retained for 3 years from the last exchange, in line with French CNIL recommendations for B2B prospecting.

If a contractual relationship is established, data needed to perform it is retained for the entire term of the contract, then archived for 5 years for legal and accounting purposes.

Under the GDPR (and applicable equivalent laws such as the CCPA for California residents), you have the following rights over your data:

• Right of access: obtain a copy of data concerning you.

• Right to rectification: correct inaccurate data.

• Right to erasure: request deletion of your data.

• Right to restriction: restrict processing of your data.

• Right to data portability: retrieve your data in a readable format.

If you believe your rights are not being respected, you can lodge a complaint with the French data protection authority CNIL (www.cnil.fr) or your local data protection authority.

Technical cookies (consent-exempt, set on all pages) — essential to the site's operation and security:

• __cf_bm (Cloudflare) — anti-bot protection, duration 30 minutes.

Audience measurement cookies (subject to your consent) — Google Analytics 4 sets cookies (_ga, _ga_*, lasting up to 13 months) to produce anonymized visit statistics. These cookies are only set if you accept them via the banner shown on arrival. Until you give your consent, no Google script is loaded.

Manage your choice: you can accept, decline or change your preferences at any time via the “Manage cookies” link in the footer. Your choice is kept for 6 months.

Embedded videos (YouTube) use youtube-nocookie.com mode: no cookie is set unless you click play.

Your data is stored on a dedicated server hosted in France and accessible only to the Prevent Innov' SAS team. All communications between your browser and our server are encrypted via HTTPS (TLS 1.2 / 1.3).

Our infrastructure is protected by Cloudflare (web application firewall, anti-bot filtering, DDoS protection).

Cloudflare (frontend hosting, CDN, DNS, SSL certificates) — technical browsing data, GDPR-compliant via Standard Contractual Clauses (SCC).

Google Ireland Ltd. (Google Analytics 4) — anonymized audience measurement, only after consent. Transfers outside the EU are covered by the Data Privacy Framework and Standard Contractual Clauses (SCC).

IONOS (backend server hosting in France) — storage of messages received, French hosting provider based in Europe.

o2switch (email hosting) — sending and storage of [email protected] emails, French hosting provider.

This privacy policy was last updated on 2026-06-25. We reserve the right to modify it to comply with regulatory changes or our practices.

Any substantial change will be flagged via a notice banner on the site.
