How does Flux Connec' actually work?
It's a standard jobsite sign fitted with a QR code. The delivery driver or visitor scans the code with their phone, lands on a page where they enter their company name and the required info, then submits. The notification is sent instantly by email or SMS to the configured recipients.
Does the sign need internet or power?
No. The sign is a physical support with a QR code, nothing more. The visitor uses their own mobile connection to scan and fill the form. The sign needs neither electricity nor Wi-Fi.
What kind of notifications are sent, and to whom?
You configure recipients and notification mode: email, SMS, or both. Every time a scan is validated, the designated people receive the alert in real time with the info entered by the visitor.
Can we keep a history of who came through?
Yes. Every Monday morning, you receive a complete recap of the previous week listing every visit: who came, when, for which company. This history serves as proof in case of disputes about deliveries or access.
Does the sign hold up against bad weather?
Yes. It's a professional jobsite sign made of Premium Akilux, designed for extended outdoor use, just like any other construction signage panel.
Can we have multiple signs on the same jobsite?
