What everyone asks us.
How long does it take to equip a jobsite?
Under 5 minutes. You attach the beacons magnetically onto your machines, hand out wristbands to your workers, and set the detection range from the mobile app. That's it — no wiring, no training, no modification of the machine.
Does it work in tunnels, basements, sites with no network?
Yes. Flash Protec' runs fully standalone, with no Wi-Fi or 4G. It's actually one of our main selling points for defense sites, nuclear jobsites, tunnels, underground parking, or remote sites. Internet is only required for the initial setup.
What's the difference vs a Lidar or camera-based solution?
Price first — a Lidar or camera solution costs €4,000 to €11,000 per machine, which prevents equipping an entire fleet. Flash Protec' is €49/month per machine. Next, cameras don't work at night or in low visibility (dust, fog) — Flash Protec' does. Finally, our workers wear the wristband — they're protected across every equipped machine, not just one.
What if a worker needs to be permanently close to the machine?
It's planned for. The app lets you define an internal exclusion zone: for example, alerts off within the first 7 meters around the machine (for pipe layers in road works, signalers, etc.), but active beyond that. Your teams operating in close proximity aren't disturbed.
Is there a minimum commitment?
No, it's commitment-free. You can equip a jobsite for a single month, then stop. It's the same logic as renting construction equipment — you pay when you use it, you stop when the jobsite is done.
