What site supervisors ask us.

How do I create my account?
Our team sets up your account before equipment delivery. Each site supervisor receives their credentials by email, with their beacons already linked to their name. No online signup, no form to fill: at first launch, everything is ready. It's a deliberate choice to ensure security and fleet control.
Do I need internet on the jobsite?
No. Internet is only required for the initial setup — to authenticate you and pull your beacon list. Once the configuration is stored on the hardware, everything runs fully standalone: tunnels, basements, isolated sites, areas with no network. That's what sets us apart from cloud-dependent solutions.
Can multiple people configure the same beacon?
Yes, via the affiliation system. A beacon can be linked to several accounts: for example, your site supervisor adjusts it day-to-day, and your HSE manager keeps an eye on it remotely. Each user only sees and modifies the beacons assigned to them. No risk that an outside account touches your equipment.
Is the app available on iOS and Android?
Yes, both platforms, native. No web version or hybrid app: we chose native to guarantee connection stability to the hardware and a smooth field experience. iPhone 8 minimum, Android 9 minimum.
Are my settings saved if I lose my phone?
Yes. Settings are stored directly inside the beacon itself, not in the phone. If you lose your smartphone, your hardware keeps working exactly as you configured it. You install the app on another device, sign back into your account, and everything is there — including your recent settings history.
