Data controller: the management of Prevent Innov' SAS.

On the website, we only collect data that you voluntarily provide through our contact form: name, company, phone number (optional), email, and the content of your message.

With your consent, we use Google Analytics 4 to measure site audience in an anonymized way (page views, referral source, device type). No data is collected for advertising purposes and no profiling is performed. This measurement only triggers after you agree via the cookie banner — you can decline it or revoke it at any time.

We also measure site traffic without cookies, on our own server. On each page view, your browser tells it which page you are reading and which site you came from, then, when you leave the page, how long you spent on it. As with any web page, the server also receives your IP address and your browser's language and type, from which it derives your country. The IP address is only used to tell visitors apart and to filter out bots: it is not part of the statistics we keep. These statistics are only used to measure our website's audience: they are never shared with anyone and never used for advertising.

If your browser sends a “Do Not Track” or “Global Privacy Control” signal, this measurement does not run. You can also object to it by writing to [email protected].

The Sharing Worker app (iOS and Android) is used to configure Flash Protec' beacons and manage access rights to your equipment. Accounts are created by our team, with no online signup: we process your account data (identity, email address) and the list of beacons assigned to you.

Location data: the app collects the device's precise geographic location as well as its background location. The location permission is requested when the app is installed.

Use of the data: this data is used exclusively for worker safety on jobsites — real-time tracking, collision prevention and proximity alerts with the beacons.

Sharing: this data is neither sold nor shared for advertising purposes.

The rights described in Section 7 also apply to data processed by the app.

Sharing Worker Stock app (Android): it lets jobsite managers check the stock of Flash Protec' anti-collision wristbands on their jobsite. Accounts are created by our team, with no signup in the app.

Data processed by Sharing Worker Stock: account data (name, email address); the name of the person a wristband is assigned to, if the manager enters it (this is optional); the numbers of the wristbands detected over Bluetooth near the phone and their signal strength; the battery level and usage indicators broadcast by the wristbands (daily usage time, number of alerts); the history of stock checks.

Location: Sharing Worker Stock does not collect the phone's location. On Android 11 and earlier, the system requires the location permission for any Bluetooth scan: no location is read or transmitted.

Use and sharing: this data is used exclusively to perform the contract between us and your company — tracking the wristband stock and its use on the jobsite. It is accessible to your company and to our team, and is neither sold nor transmitted to third parties for commercial purposes.

The rights described in Section 7 also apply to data processed by Sharing Worker Stock.

Data collected through the form is used exclusively to respond to your contact request, offer you a demo of our solutions or organize a pilot on your jobsite.

App data is used exclusively to perform the contract between us and your company: managing your account, configuring and securing your equipment.

No resale or transmission to third parties for commercial purposes. No automatic newsletter signup.

Processing of website data is based on your explicit consent (voluntary form submission) as well as our legitimate interest in responding to business inquiries received, in accordance with Article 6.1 of the GDPR.

Processing of app data is based on the performance of the contract with your company and, for location access, on the permission you grant in your phone settings.

Cookie-free traffic measurement is based on our legitimate interest in knowing our website's audience (Article 6.1.f of the GDPR).

Visitors located in California may also rely on equivalent rights under the CCPA — see Section 7 below.

Data from the contact form is retained for 3 years from the last exchange, in line with French CNIL recommendations for B2B prospecting.

If a contractual relationship is established, data needed to perform it (including app accounts) is retained for the entire term of the contract, then archived for 5 years for legal and accounting purposes.

Our web server log, which contains IP addresses, is deleted after 14 days. The traffic statistics derived from it are anonymous.

Under the GDPR (and applicable equivalent laws such as the CCPA for California residents), you have the following rights over your data:

• Right of access: obtain a copy of data concerning you.

• Right to rectification: correct inaccurate data.

• Right to erasure: request deletion of your data.

• Right to restriction: restrict processing of your data.

• Right to data portability: retrieve your data in a readable format.

• Right to object: object to processing at any time.

To exercise these rights: write to [email protected]. We respond within 30 days maximum.

If you believe your rights are not being respected, you can lodge a complaint with the French data protection authority CNIL (www.cnil.fr) or your local data protection authority.

Technical cookies (consent-exempt, set on all pages) — essential to the site's operation and security:

• __cf_bm (Cloudflare) — anti-bot protection, duration 30 minutes.

Audience measurement cookies (subject to your consent) — Google Analytics 4 sets cookies (_ga, _ga_*, lasting up to 13 months) to produce anonymized visit statistics. These cookies are only set if you accept them via the banner shown on arrival. Until you give your consent, no Google script is loaded.

Manage your choice: you can accept, decline or change your preferences at any time via the “Manage cookies” link in the footer. Your choice is kept for 6 months.

The cookie-free traffic measurement described in Section 2 sets no cookie and stores nothing in your browser.

Embedded videos (YouTube) use youtube-nocookie.com mode: no cookie is set unless you click play.

Your data is stored on a dedicated server hosted in France and accessible only to the Prevent Innov' SAS team. All communications between your browser and our server are encrypted via HTTPS (TLS 1.2 / 1.3).

Our infrastructure is protected by Cloudflare (web application firewall, anti-bot filtering, DDoS protection). The Bluetooth link between the mobile app and your beacons is encrypted (AES-256).

Cloudflare (frontend hosting, CDN, DNS, SSL certificates) — technical browsing data, GDPR-compliant via Standard Contractual Clauses (SCC).

Google Ireland Ltd. (Google Analytics 4) — anonymized audience measurement, only after consent. Transfers outside the EU are covered by the Data Privacy Framework and Standard Contractual Clauses (SCC).

IONOS (backend server hosting in France) — storage of messages received, French hosting provider based in Europe.

o2switch (email hosting) — sending and storage of [email protected] emails, French hosting provider.

This privacy policy was last updated on 2026-10-05. We reserve the right to modify it to comply with regulatory changes or our practices.

Any substantial change will be flagged via a notice banner on the site.
